Marina Del Sol, Texas, is a neighborhood in League City, approximately 30 minutes from Galveston Island and downtown Houston. Every amenity Bay Area Houston has to offer is just minutes away from the League City neighborhood.

The marina has fantastic amenities, including a stunning pool encircled by a sundeck with sun seats, making it the ideal place to relax as the kids swim around. On-site, there is an air-conditioned clubhouse where you can kick back, relax, and lounge with friends and family.Marina Del Sol also has a lovely picnic place to eat while overlooking the water. 

The Kemah Boardwalk, a 10-minute drive from Marina del Sol, is open daily and has something for everyone — magnificent waterfront restaurants, amusements, attractive retail boutiques, festivals, and seaside shows.

During Christmas, locals can witness or participate in the annual Clear Lake Boat Parade. More than 60 brilliantly-adorned power and sailboats navigate the Clear Lake Canal from the South Shore Harbor Marina and the Nassau Bay Lagoon to Galveston Bay.
